Night alignment in the mining industry
NIGHT ALIGNMENT
In a recent night project in the mining industry, alignment was successfully carried out using our VIBRO-LASER alignment system. The work was conducted at night, and additional lighting was installed to enhance visibility. Long cardan shafts require high precision during alignment, and the ability to see the laser lines in the dark created excellent conditions for our work. The distance between the gearbox and the motor of about 6 meters was not an obstacle for our system; the laser beams successfully covered long distances without loss of accuracy.
For the alignment, we chose the Multipoint method using the EXPERT modal kit. The device demonstrated high performance in the mining industry, thanks to its reliable protection against external influences. All components of the tool are protected, ensuring its durability and stable operation in challenging conditions.
The excellent repeatability of measurement results is due to the high accuracy of the system. This makes alignment significantly more efficient compared to traditional manual methods. The intuitive software with extensive functionality complements the entire process, allowing our technicians to focus on the quality of the task at hand rather than the complexities of the technology.
