THE VIBRO-LASER EXPERT is a unique model that combines the ultimate in technical and functional features with a full range of mechanical accessories to meet any alignment challenge. Designed for alignment in harsh industrial environments and offers a multitude of features for alignment mechanical engineers. Includes alignment capabilities for plants machine driveshafts, difficult to rotate equipment, and belt driven equipment.
Through the use of the VIBRO-LASER EXPERT alignment system and specially designed brackets, the angle between the driver and the driven machine can be easily determined and corrected without shaft removal.
Expert Kit
Measuring units
The M and S measuring units use laser and CCD technology for precise shaft misalignment measurements. Mounted on opposing shafts, they provide real-time updates, optimizing operations and reducing downtime.
Chain V-Brackets
V-bracket with chain is used to fix the measuring units on the shaft diameter 25 – 225 mm / 1 in – 8.6 in.
Extension chain
Used for mounting on larger diameter shafts. Installed in addition to the standard chains.
Extension Rods
Serve to increase the mounting height of the measuring units on the fixture.
Magnetic Base Brackets
Measuring heads can be mounted onlarge diameter shafts with the magnetic base.
Magnetic V-Brackets
Magnetic V-brackets are used for mounting the measuring units on the side of the coupling with strong magnets when chains cannot be used.
Offset Brackets
Offset brackets are used when the space is limited. This type of mounting allows the racks to be moved out for convenient installa- tion of the measuring units.
Measuring tape
Used to perform measurements before operating the measurements system.
Power adapter & USB cable
Adapter operates in collaboration with a USB cable to recharge the measuring units.
Tightening wrench
Serves for the possibility of changing the attachment struts.

SMARTSHIFT™
When it’s necessary to change the position of the laser units or change the position of the laser on the detector during the measurement, you have to use feature the Smart ShiftTM.
Horizontal Alignment
A unique memory management system allows you to save progress at any stage of the process and resume whenever you want.
Clock Method
An alignment method which requires the measurements taken at any three of four preset clock positions (3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock).
Bolt or Base Bound
Get any pair of feet locked on the machine. Enabling this option will ensure precise results when aligning base-bound or bolt-bound machines.
Repeatability Table
Allows choose any from the last 10 measurements that you have taken based on which further actions will be carried out.
SMARTPOINTS ™
This multipoint method allows you to record an unlimited number of points at any sector of the shaft circumference.
Soft Foot Check
The program analyzes the position of machine feet, indicates if any of them need adjustment, and saves all values for the further work.
User Friendly Reports
Save alignment reports in PDF, add photos of the unit, the company logo and work notes when necessary.
Live Move Mode
Allows live aligning in any angle position of the measuring units. When it is not possible to install the measuring units strictly in the 9–12–3 hours position.
User Defined Tolerance
Specify the alignment tolerance and user definable tolerances in advance according to the machine rotation speed.
Save Job
Allows to save the status of an alignment job at any time and return to the job later.
SWITCHIT™
Simplify the measurements by selecting the location of the machine relative to an operator.
VibeDr™
Is responsible for reducing the vibration impact while taking measurement. Filter feature can be used to achieve reliable results even in high vibration conditions.
SmartFilter™
Reduces the influence of external visual challenges such as lighting, steam, draft and other visually impairing variables while taking measurement.
SMARTANGLE ™
Take measurements at any three positions of the shaft rotation. Turn shafts in any direction at least by 40 degrees and register the results.

Monitor the data coming directly from the measuring units on the screen of your device.
Thermal Growth Expansion
Automatic compensation system for the thermal growth expansion of machines allows to keep the efficiency of alignment.
Machine Train
Enable this option and align shafts of up to five machines that are connected together.
Spacer Shaft Alignment
This option allows you to specify the coupling type used for shaft connection – i.e., short flex or spacer shaft.
With the VIBRO-LASER BASE Model, you can easily align pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other equipment. The user-friendly interface requires no training, enabling a quick start.
